Do some simple and effective exercises around the cervical spine, shoulder circumference and back muscles to alleviate the circle in life. Shoulder hump, neck forward, shoulder and neck aches and periarthritis, etc., make the fatigue of the shoulder and neck instantly released.
The yoga teacher Jean has more than 10 years of yoga teaching experience. She obtained a senior yoga instructor certificate in June 2012, and was certified by the American Yoga Federation in 2016. At the same time, she also completed Chinese medicine rehabilitation training in June 2016. During the activity, she led everyone to approach yoga, stretch their bodies and adjust their breathing.
