On August 16th, GCCW and LongWise Community held the first oil painting event.

There are many friends who love life and love art in our non-profit organization. We have always wanted to organize related activities, so we invited the professional teacher Ying on-site guidance. Ying graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor’s degree and held a master’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. She has lived and studied in the United States for many years. As a mother of two children, she founded an art studio in her spare time to teach painting. This time, we really appreciated her charity and her strong support to facilitate this event.

The teacher first explained the tools and materials needed to draw the oil painting, and then started copying from masterpieces.

Most of the friends who participated in the activity were novices in oil painting. Everyone started with a blank piece of paper and then gradually outlined it. The initial formation was very successful.

In just two hours, everyone was absorbed in the painting. Looking at the paintings that have not yet dried out, the participants achieved a sense of fulfillment and expected to complete their own paintings soon.

expecting everyone to complete their masterpieces in the oil painting experience activity.
